The Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Caucus is a vital space for young AANHPI Democrats, including those from the Maricopa County Young Democrats, to celebrate their heritage, build political power, and engage in political advocacy on issues that affect their communities. We strive to increase caucus membership, combat discrimination, and advocate for policies that uplift our diverse cultures and histories.

The Art is Heritage Caucus, which encourages caucus membership, serves as a platform for young artists and creatives to use their voices, advocate for the arts, and push for policies that support the role of art in our society. This initiative aligns with the goals of the Maricopa County Young Democrats, promoting political advocacy within the arts community.

Our mission is to tackle systemic inequities, bolster Black leadership, and amplify Black voices within Arizona’s political landscape, all while encouraging caucus membership among engaged individuals.

Through our caucus membership, we engage in discussions on education reform, host informative events, and amplify student voices, all in the name of political advocacy to create lasting change in our education system.

As part of our caucus membership, we uplift voices in the political process, support LGBTQIA+ candidates, and engage in political advocacy to fight for policies that foster an inclusive and affirming Arizona.
