Ms. Anna Lynn Abeytia was appointed to the Governing Board, November 2020. Her term expires December 31, 2024. Ms. Anna Abeytia is a newly elected board member to the Cartwright Elementary School District serving her first term. Ms. Abeytia is a former Cartwright student who attended Justine Spitalny Elementary School

Cesar Aguilar was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona by a working class family. Cesar’s mom was an English Language Learner teacher and his dad is still today a Union Heat & Frost Insulator in Local #73. Cesar graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Political Science in 2016.

A product of the Peoria Unified School District himself, Mikah brings a unique perspective to the table as both a recent PUSD graduate and an aspiring future educator.
